Delivery Policy

Delivery Schedule

We currently only post within the UK.

​

Standard Royal Mail second class delivery is £1.75 on all prints (including frames with prints) and plaques.

All other products are charged at £3.50 per order.

​

First Class delivery is £2.50 on all prints (including frames with prints) and plaques.

All other products are £4.99 per order.

​

Orders over £60  qualify for free standard delivery (2 to 5 business days)

​

 

The following postage times are in addition to the manufacturing times shown below.

Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail First or Second Class – 2 to 5 working days

Larger items will be sent via My Hermes or Collect+ - 2 to 5 working days

*Postage times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which Vintage Rose Designs has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Vintage Rose Designs will take no action on these orders during that time.

*Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine any duties or taxes that may be levied against packages arriving from outside the UK. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Vintage Rose Designs cannot be held responsible.

Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your order to arrive in time for a birthday/specific day. We strongly advise allowing 14 days from your order date to the actual day however some items can take as long as 4 weeks to make. Vintage Rose Designs cannot be held responsible for books arriving after the required date.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right, under the distance selling act to cancel / return an unwanted item within 14 days. The 14 day period begins on the day of delivery. Please get in touch if you need to return any item by using the contact form

Vintage Rose Designs will refund the basic cost of delivery, the liability for the return postage is upon you. If you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty, you must notify us as soon as you have received it, within the indicated time scale of these delivery terms.

We offer a guarantee on all items supplied by us and we aim to make all of our customers happy. However there may be times when items arrive damaged due to delivery. Customers must inform us within 2 days of delivery to receive a replacement order of that item, or a refund for the item. Items will be replaced  / refunded at no cost to you once we received evidence of damaged goods. Evidence can be provided by emailing a photograph to us of the damaged items. If the fault is ours we will replace or refund immediately.

Please note that Special requested items and personalised items are non refundable under any circumstances, as they are supplied to order. Please contact us for any further advice on this matter.
